What is Academz?

Academz is an integrated education management system from Linkysoft. It runs your lessons, students, teachers, exams, fees, accounts, staff and website from one place.

Is Academz only for schools?

No. It is for anyone with education to run: schools and education centres, academies, universities, companies that train their staff, and one teacher or many. The same system takes the shape of how you are organised.

Is it an LMS or an ERP?

Both, in one system. An LMS is the teaching side: courses, lessons, exams and certificates. An ERP is the running side: fees, accounts, treasury and staff. In Academz they share the same data.

Can one teacher use it?

Yes. You can run your courses under your own name, with your own website, exams and certificates. If you later take on more teachers, each one gets their own panel in the same system.

Who else can see my data?

No other customer. You get a full copy of the system with its own database on its own hosting, and your data and files are not shared with anyone else.

Can I move from the platform I use now?

Yes. We move your data from your current platform at no charge.

Does it work in Arabic?

Arabic comes first. The whole system is built right to left, with English alongside it.
