A Linkysoft product

Who is free at four, and did anyone tell the client?

Nadiva books the chair, holds the membership, works out what the stylist earned and rings the sale. The front desk stops running a diary, a notebook and a calculator at the same time.

One day, three chairs, nothing double-booked

A Saturday at the desk

This is the day Nadiva is built around

Not a feature list. Three moments where a busy salon loses a booking, a client or a margin, and what happens to them.

  1. 10:30

Two clients booked into the same chair

It cannot happen. The service knows how long it takes and which stylist can do it, so the slot was never offered twice in the first place.

  2. 14:15

"How many sessions do I have left?"

Four. The till knows, because the ten-session card came off the same record every time she used it, and it takes the difference without anyone counting on paper.

  3. 20:40

Working out what everyone earned today

Already done. Commission was calculated per service as it was performed, and it is waiting in payroll rather than in somebody's head.

The calendar

One calendar the whole floor actually trusts

A booking knows how long the service takes, which stylist is qualified to perform it, and which chair or room it needs. Double-booking stops being something you police and becomes something that cannot happen.

The service sets the slot Not whoever happens to be standing at the desk.
Only the people who can do it Staff are offered for a service when they are actually qualified for it.
Fewer people simply not turning up Confirmations and reminders go out before the appointment, not after.

A booking, taken properly

Client asks for colour and cut Saturday afternoon 2h 15m
Only Hala and Rana qualify Yara is not offered Filtered
Chair 2, 14:00 to 16:15 Held, not double-offered Booked
Reminder the evening before Confirmed by reply Confirmed
Members and the till

What they bought, what is left, what they owe

Memberships, session packages and one-off visits all sit on the same client record. The till already knows how many sessions remain and takes only the difference.

Memberships that manage themselves Renewals, freezes and expiries handled without a reminder in a notebook.
Packages that count down A ten-session card decrements as it is used, on the client record.
One bill at the end Service, retail products and tip settled together.

A visit becomes a sale

Session 6 of 10 used Off the package 4 left
Buys shampoo on the way out Stock decremented Added
One bill, one payment Difference only Paid
Hala earns her commission On the service, not the retail Booked
Staff, stock and the back office

The half of the business the client never sees

Commission per stylist, professional stock coming off the shelf as services consume it, suppliers, payroll, and the reports that tell you which service actually pays.

Commission per service Rules per person and per service, carried straight into payroll.
Stock that matches the shelf Professional-use product is deducted as the service uses it.
Reports worth opening Revenue per chair, per service and per hour of the day.

Who runs on it

If you sell time and skill by the appointment

Four kinds of place, and the specific thing each one stops losing.

Beauty salons

A long service menu, several stylists and a calendar that will not let two of them take the same chair.

Barbershops

Walk-ins and regulars on one screen, with the regular's usual cut already on their record.

Gyms and studios

Memberships that renew and freeze themselves, and classes with real capacity limits.

Spas and treatment centres

Rooms booked by the session, with the therapist, the room and the equipment all held together.

The rest of the family

Nadiva belongs to a family of systems we build and run

They share the same foundations, so a business already running one of them adds another without starting over.
